Mr. Johnny Richmond and Mrs. Karen Blades Richmond, of Temple, Okla., announce the engagement of their daughter, Kaleigh Raquel Richmond, to Capt. James Thomas Morgan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Porter Morgan Jr. of Rincon.

The wedding is planned for July 4, 2015, at the Fort Sill New Post Chapel in Fort Sill, Okla.

The bride-elect is a 2009 graduate of Temple High. She attended Cameron University, where she earned a bachelor of science in sports and fitness management and a master’s of education in special education. She is a special education teacher at MacArthur Middle School in Lawton, Okla.

The groom-elect is a 2005 graduate of Effingham County High School. He attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he earned a bachelor of science in mathematical sciences. He also attended the University of Texas in El Paso, earning a master’s in leadership studies. He is currently a captain in the U.S. Army serving as a battery commander.
