Mr. and Mrs. Kip Spence are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kayla Corbina, to Mr. Ryan Keith Ambrose, son of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Ambrose of Springfield.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward P. Ike Jr. of Rincon and the late James and Evelyn Spence of Savannah. She is a 2008 graduate of South Effingham High School and is currently attending Georgia Southern University, majoring in business management. She is employed by Photography by Jennifer, a family-owned business.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Ms. Mary Lee Ambrose and the late Joe Ambrose of Rincon and Ms. Barbara Martin and the late Ronnie Martin of Springfield. He is a 2005 graduate of Effingham County High School and a 2009 graduate of Georgia Southern University with a BBA in marketing and logistics. He is employed by the Georgia Ports Authority.

The wedding is planned for March of this year.
