Araya Araya and Janis Bevill, Effingham County chief appraiser, presented the new 2009 tax assessment. Effingham Sunrise Rotary President Randy Shearouse thanked Araya for his assistance presenting the new county assessment model. He was joined by Bevill who explained the new tax assessments and property values recently sent out to Effingham property owners.
