The Exchange Club of Effingham County learned about programs the Coastal Center for Development Services provides. Mandy Aldrich and Cindy Burns of CCDS recently spoke to the Exchange Club.

CCDS offers a variety of choices to help more than 300 adults with developmental disabilities on their individual road to independence.
