Despite the rainy weather, a big crowd attended the second annual Back-to-School Blowout hosted by the Effingham County Center for Working Families.
Parents and children turned out to the Effingham County Recreation Department Gym Thursday night to receive school supplies as well as information from several local agencies about programs available in the community.
