The Effingham Exchange Club’s Empty Stocking Fund was able to help many needy families with Christmas after a late push from donors.
“In spite of our economic downturn, Effingham County citizens and others opened their hearts and wallets to help those in need have a brighter Christmas season,” said Reggie Loper of the Effingham Exchange Club’s Empty Stocking Fund.
