The Effingham County High School cheerleaders will host their annual Little Rebel Cheer Camp July 29-Aug. 2 at the ECHS gym from 9 a.m.-12 noon each day.

The camp is open to girls ages pre-K through eighth grade. The $75 registration fee includes a camp T-shirt.

The young cheerleaders will learn a variety of cheers, chants, dances and stunts. At the end of each day, parents can watch a routine of what the cheerleaders learned that day.

ECHS Softball Tryouts
The Effingham County High School softball team will conduct tryouts Aug. 1-2 at 3:30 each day at the softball field. A possible third tryout date will be held Aug. 3, with a time to be announced.
