Fr. David Rose, pastor of St Luke’s Episcopal Church in Rincon, spoke to the Effingham Exchange Club about his path to the priesthood and his involvement in the local community since moving to Effingham with his wife and children approximately three years ago.  

He spoke to the Effingham Exchange Club about how people tend to juggle things in their lives. He said they all need to focus on one thing but that’s supported by something else.  That’s how life is — when it’s in balance.
