Making way for the Holiday Classic

In preparation for the 4-H Holiday Classic coming up Sunday at Effingham County High School, students in Bonnie Pritcher’s Early Childhood Education classes and members of the ECHS FCCLA chapter rolled flatware.

This is an annual event for the county and this part of the preparation is an annual event for these students. Students pictures are Alexandra Visintainer, Machala Raoymonville, Jakaura Wright and Jaia Samantha Jones. The Holiday Classic will be held from noon-4 p.m.

The Effingham County 4-H Club will sponsor the holiday meal and has engaged the school lunch staff to prepare the meal.  Tickets can be obtained for $8 each at the Extension Service office by calling 754-8040 or at the Effingham Chamber at 754-3301.
