The Rincon Garden Club’s 2009-10 season began with the installation of officers. The meeting was held in the home of Jim Scott. A white elephant sale was held to raise funds for their treasury. The club’s objective is to beautify Rincon as seen by the plants and flowers in front of City Hall, the library, Manna House and the Hinely building. The Christmas tree given to the city by the Lion’s Club was decorated by the Rincon Garden Club.
