Kelsey Wilson from Effingham County High School won the Rotary Club speech contest, held Thursday at New Ebenezer Retreat Center.

Ben Grayson of South Effingham High School was second, Sarah Lynn Bowser of South Effingham placed third and Bridgett Caudle of Effingham County was fourth.

The event was sponsored by the Sunrise and Effingham County Rotary clubs.

Wilson and Grayson will compete in the district speech contest.
