Outgoing Effingham Sunrise Rotary President Bonnie Dixon thanks Sam Baker for his presentation on Georgia Southern University athletics. Baker has been the Georgia Southern athletics director for 13 years and met with the club to promote the university's upcoming 2009 season. Because of the economic impact of GSU athletics on the local economy, he encourages everyone in the community to come to the games.
