Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners earns prestigious awards

Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners, the region’s largest real estate company, recently received seven prestigious international awards at Coldwell Banker’s conference held in Las Vegas, Nev.

Among the awards were inclusion in the Chairman’s Circle, which comprises only 93 companies, or 7 percent of all companies internationally qualified; Number One Company by State for Georgia, awarded to the number one Coldwell Banker company for each state; Platinum Company, awarded to only 25 companies, or 1 percent of all Cartus companies internationally qualified; Preferred Client Group, given to the top 50 companies attained through adjusted gross commission income; and the Five Star award, recognizing Cartus Network Brokers who have met or exceeded their individual objectives for outgoing broker-to-broker referral closings.

Other awards were for Premier Office, which includes 208 offices, or only 5 percent of all offices internationally qualified, which was earned by the company’s Historic Savannah office; and Office Manager’s Award for Excellence, given to the top 287 office managers, or only 7 percent of all office managers nationally qualified. This award was presented to Robin Compton, Richmond Hill office; Ray Smith, Ridgeland office; and Steffany Farmer, Historic Savannah office.
