Eleven people are under arrest, and more apprehensions are pending, after a sweep of video poker operations Thursday morning in Effingham County.

The Effingham County Sheriff's Office, along with the Guyton, Rincon and Springfield police departments and agents from the state Department of Revenue, hit seven stores that were suspected of paying out more than what was allowed under law.
