On Feb. 24, Blandford Elementary held its math and science family night with more than 650 in attendance.

Students and their parents participated in a variety of hands-on activities designed by the teachers to reinforce skills taught at school.

Blandford PTA assisted in scheduling exhibits from Gulfstream, Georgia-Pacific, Savannah State University, Effingham Eye Care, Oatland Island and the Tybee Marine Institute that made the evening very enjoyable.
