Effingham County Middle School rewarded its top-performing students from the third nine-weeks grading period.
At the end of each nine-weeks, ECMS administrators host an ice cream social for the students who made the honor roll. Nearly 250 students, or 30 percent of Effingham County Middle’s enrollment, earned honor roll for the third nine-weeks.
ECMS also recognizes the principal’s list, comprised of students who achieve all A’s and have perfect attendance. At the conclusion of the third nine-weeks, 51 students earned principal’s list and enjoyed a special Chick-fil-A lunch with Principal Billy Hughes.
