Wallace receives doctorate from Florida A&M

Marquita Terrieka Wallace graduated from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Fla, with a doctorate of pharmacy May 4.


Wallace graduated magna cum laude from Armstrong Atlantic State University with a bachelor of science in medical technology. She has been a member of the National Scholars Honor Society, the American Society for Clinical Pathology and the Phi Lambda Sigma pharmacy leadership society.


She is the daughter of Terry and Margaret Wallace and the granddaughter of Elvridge Wallace Jr. and the late Dorothy Wallace of Clyo and Earline Robinson and the late Willie James Robinson of Macon. She is a member of Full Gospel Church in Savannah.


Wallace is employed by Walgreen’s in Jacksonville, Fla. She is also the owner of Diversity Plus.
