With the oversized check in his name in his hands, Samuel Bazemore doesn’t think his life will change all that much.
Even if his and his family’s future will look a little different.
Georgia Lottery officials awarded Bazemore a check Wednesday morning for $2.5 million, the amount of his winnings from playing the Millionaire Jumbo Bucks instant ticket game.
He bought the ticket at the Snack Barrel, at the corner of Highways 21 and 275, from store clerk Leslie Garvin.
