Joe Tallent spoke to the Sunrise  Rotary Club, giving his classification speech.

Tallent works at Effingham Hospital as an occupational therapist. After the hospital recently discontinued the position of sports medicine, he finds himself in a marketing and sales role trying to recruit larger to mid-size companies for their occupational therapy needs.

Robert Merchen, a chartered life underwriter with Northwestern Mutual, gave a speech about his specialization of deferred compensation, estate planning, and long-term care planning.
