State troopers from the Rincon post of the Georgia State Patrol investigated 18 traffic crashes during the month of November in Effingham County.

Sergeant 1st Class Riner said the traffic crashes resulted in 12 injuries.

SFC Riner said troopers from Post 42 also issued 328 traffic citations in the county during the month.

The total includes four arrests for driving under the influence, 199 citations for speeding, 57 seat belt violations and two child restraint violations.

Troopers also issued 235 warnings.
