Michael Ferguson, Hwy. 21/Trade Center Parkway, Rincon – speeding in excess of posted speed limit (101 mph in 55 mph zone), reckless driving, improper passing of emergency vehicle.
Joshua Timothy Gage Thomas, Sand Hill Road, Guyton – aggravated assault, terroristic threats or actions.
Maurice Wright, 100 Central Blvd. (Parkers), Guyton – willful obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Isaac Ramos, Hwy. 17/Conaway Road, Guyton – driving while unlicensed, failure to obey authorized personnel directing traffic.
Matthew Jordan Santos, Colonial Drive, Rincon – warrant served on a wanted person.
Escamilla Mirella Gaspar, Hwy. 21/Commerce Drive, Springfield – failure to maintain lane, driving while unlicensed, DUI.
Austin John M. Oneal, Hwy. 17/Roebling Road, Bloomingdale – citations issued for speeding in excess of posted limits, driving while license is suspended, no insurance.
Anthony Jordan Conner, Hwy. 17/Midland Road, Guyton – failure to dim high beams, DUI.
Incidents
Old Louisville Road, Guyton – a man reported he saw a white Chevrolet pickup towing a flatbed trailer pass his residence. The trailer became detached, struck two trashcans belonging to another house, then struck a power pole, snapping the pole in two. Georgia Power was notified. Two male occupants of the vehicle re-attached the trailer and left the scene. Deputies were unsuccessful in finding the vehicle.
Frederick Street, Rincon – a woman reported that her husband threatened her, “The house better be clean when I get back”. The husband left the house before deputies arrived.
Godley Road, Bloomingdale – a man reported that three people (possibly juveniles) had entered the property and began joyriding on two ATVs. One ATV was flipped over and the other was driven into a ditch. The man was not sure if the ATVs were damaged, and wanted a police report just in case.
Sand Hill Recreation Center – a man reported that his five-year-old daughter told him about a man she didn’t know offering candy to her and other children trying to get them to come to his van to see a pet monkey. The girl described the man as white with brown hair, wearing a camouflage jacket and a green shirt. The incident was reported after they returned home. Deputy advised the man to call 9-1-1 immediately if the incident happens again so ECSO can respond promptly.
Effingham County Hospital – a man reported he noticed two small cuts on his upper lip after playing with his American bulldog puppy. He was unsure if the cuts were caused by the dog or not.
Goshen Road, Rincon – a woman reported that an unknown person(s) allegedly kicked the door open to an apartment where her disabled aunt was in the process of being moved out. It was unclear if anything was damaged or missing. The woman was advised to call ECSO if she noticed anything damaged or missing.
Blair Way, Bloomingdale – a man reported that his mother keeps harassing him on the phone and posts about him and his girlfriend on social media.
Westminster Drive, Guyton – deputy responded to two males fighting.
ECSO Office – a man reported that his ex-wife refused to let him have their children for the weekend as previously agreed.
ECSO Office – a man reported that he placed two signs on his property. The county maintains that the signs are on county property and must be removed.
Lemans Drive, Bloomingdale – a man reported that unknown person(s) allegedly opened his vehicle and left the center console and glove box open. Nothing appeared to be missing, but there were papers scattered all over the vehicle’s interior.
Courthouse Road, Guyton – a woman reported that her husband pushed her and spit on her during an argument. The husband had left the house before law enforcement arrived.
Roebling Road, Bloomingdale – a man reported that unknown person(s) entered the vehicle of a house guest and left the center console and glove box open. He was not sure if anything was missing or damaged.
Hyacinth Circle, Guyton – a man reported that unknown person(s) entered his vehicle and left the center console open. He was not sure if anything was missing or damaged.
Thimbleweed Court, Guyton – a man reported that unknown person(s) entered both vehicles parked on his property. He reported a flashlight ($40) and a bottle of cologne ($70) were missing.
Red Oak Drive, Guyton – a USPS carrier reported that a man retrieved his mail while the USPS carrier was putting mail in a community mailbox. The carrier told the man he could not retrieve his mail while all the boxes were open; and to wait until he closed all the boxes.
ECSO Office – a woman reported that an unknown person(s) stole the tag off a trailer that was parked on her son’s property. Both she and her son are unsure of when the tag was taken.
Lemans Drive, Bloomingdale – a woman reported that unknown person(s) entered her vehicle. She noticed that her Tony Burch purse ($400) was missing.
Daytona Drive, Bloomingdale – a man and his adult son reported that unknown person(s) had opened all three of the vehicles on their property. Items removed from one vehicle were found in the front yard.
Laurel Street, Springfield – a woman reported that a check her father mailed to Georgia Power for $443 was stolen and deposited into another account for $5,412. She has notified the bank of the theft.
Amsonia Circle, Guyton – a woman reported that unknown(s) persons entered her vehicle and rummaged through it. Her daughter’s Vera Bradley backpack was missing. Inside the backpack were a pair of volleyball kneepads ($25) and a pair of On Cloud shoes ($150.) Deputies were able to recover a latent fingerprint on the vehicle.
ECSO Office – a man reported that his girlfriend’s ex-husband is driving by the man’s house and sending him threatening text messages. The man wanted the incidents documented so he could get a TPO.
Meadowood Lane, Guyton – a woman reported that during a severe storm, a tree fell in her yard and damaged her house.
St. John Road, Guyton – a man reported that during a severe storm, a tree fell in his yard and damaged the house.
Old Lake Drive, Guyton – a woman reported that during a severe storm, a tree fell in her yard and caused damage to the roof and attic.
Dixie Drive, Springfield – a man reported that he, his wife, and mother-in-law had a verbal argument.
Brittany Lane, Guyton – a woman reported that an unknown person(s) broke into her unlocked vehicle during the night. Among the items she noticed missing were her purse with her Social Security card in it.
Lemans Drive, Bloomingdale – a man reported that unknown person(s) broke into his girlfriend’s unlocked vehicle during the night. Among the items missing were a 9mm Taurus G25 firearm. Estimated value of the items taken is $350.
