ECSO deputies are asking for the public's help in identifying this woman found Tuesday afternoon.

A woman discovered by Effingham County Sheriff's deputies Tuesday afternoon is back with her family. 

Deputies found her on Stillwell Clyo Road in north Effingham County and she appeared to be disoriented and unable to tell deputies who she is or where she is from. She was evaluated by medical personnel.
