To the voters of the 3rd District of Effingham County:
Thank you for your continued support in my efforts to serve Effingham County as county commissioner.
I would like to congratulate Mrs. Lillie Smart Brown for her success in the Democratic primary.
I encourage all voters in the 3rd District to support Mrs. Brown in the November election for county commissioner of the 3rd District. Mrs. Brown has promised to serve the 3rd District and all citizens of Effingham County.
I am available to you whenever I’m needed.
