Lady Mustangs' Kendziorski twirls another gem

GUYTON -- The South Effingham softball team improved to 9-1 Tuesday as Bailey Kendziorski posted her third shutout in four games.

Kendziorski fanned eight and allowed only one hit against Statesboro in a 4-0 victory. In her previous two starts in the Buc Bash in Acworth, she led the Lady Mustangs to 2-0 wins over Colquitt County and Kennesaw Mountain.

Mattie Turner collected the only RBI of the game as the Lady Blue Devils committed three errors. Alex Brown got two of South Effingham's four hits.
