The Arizona Diamondbacks have signed free agent outfielder Josh Reddick to a minor league contract, according to Nick Piecoro of the Arizona Republic.
Reddick, a former South Effingham High School standout, will receive $750,000 in guaranteed salary if he makes the team’s major league roster.
He spent the previous four seasons with the Houston Astros, winning a World Series in 2017. He has also played for the Oakland Athletics, Boston Red Sox and Los Angeles Dodgers.
