Josh Reddick (Pawtucket Red Sox) — Reddick is batting leadoff for the Boston Red Sox top farm club and is batting .182 (18-for-99) with five home runs and 18 runs batted in. He also has five doubles and two triples.

Colleges
Softball
Tabby Douberly (Georgia Southern University) — A freshman, Douberly has played in 20 games. She is 4-for-30 with two doubles and two runs batted in for the Eagles (28-24). Georgia Southern will take part in the Southern Conference tournament, which begins Thursday.
Marie Fogle (Georgia Southern University) — An all-Southern Conference freshman a year ago, Fogle is hitting .294 with three home runs and eight runs batted in. She is second on the team in stolen bases with nine.
Megen Smith (Georgia Southern University) — A junior pitcher and first baseman, Smith set a school record with her 15th homer of the season in a win over Furman on Sunday. Smith is hitting .323 with 15 homers, also tops in the Southern Conference, and 42 RBIs. She also leads the team in total bases (102) and runs (39). In the circle, she is 7-13 with a 3.87 earned run average. She has pitched nine complete games and has struck out 76 batters in 139 1/3 innings.
Shelby Duff (Armstrong Atlantic State University) — A freshman, Duff is hitting .291 with three homers and 21 RBIs for the Lady Pirates (33-18). In the circle, she is 10-5 with a 2.96 earned run average, striking out 80 in 99 1/3 innings. She has five complete games and two saves. AASU will meet Peach Belt Conference foe Augusta State on Friday in the NCAA Division II Southeast Regional at Hickory, N.C.

Baseball
Colby May (University of Georgia) — A sophomore third baseman, May is hitting .176 with five home runs and 19 RBIs for the Bulldogs (13-33, 3-19 SEC).
John Roberts (AASU) — A sophomore catcher, Roberts was named to the all-Peach Belt Conference second team. He led the Pirates in home runs (11), batting average (.387) and RBIs (49). He was also in the top 10 in conference in all three categories and led the Pirates in total bases, hits and slugging percentage.
Paul Cheeks (University of South Carolina Beaufort) — Cheeks has played in eight games for the Sand Sharks (38-11, 19-7The Sun Conference), and is 2-for-11 with one RBI. The Sharks will next take part in The Sun Conference tournament beginning May 9 at City of Palms Park in Fort Myers, Fla., as the No. 2 seed.
Spencer Jackson (USCB) — Jackson is hitting .403 with three homers and 36 RBIs for the Sand Sharks. He also has a team-high 19 doubles.
Kyle Jones (USCB) — Jones, a Calvary Day grad, is a sophomore outfielder for the Sand Sharks.
Kiefer Youmans (USCB) — Youmans, who played his first two years at Andrew College, is a junior outfielder for the Sand Sharks.
Dylan Scott (Middle Georgia College) — Scott is hitting .311 with two home runs and 11 RBIs for the Warriors (34-18).
Marcus Zeigler (Gordon College) — Zeigler is a freshman outfielder and is hitting .379 with 22 RBIs. He has played in 30 games, starting 22 of them for the Highlanders, who will play in the GJCAA finals next weekend.
