Jim and Jackie Simmons will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on July 3.

They were married on July 3, 1964 in the Springfield United Methodist Church by Rev. John Blackwell.

A reception honoring Jim and Jackie Simmons will be held on June 29 from 2-4 p.m. at the Springfield United Methodist Church social hall. The reception will be hosted by their two sons, Kurt and Scott Simmons.

All family and friends are invited to attend. No gifts, please.
