St. Boniface marked All Souls Day with its second annual ceremony at Veterans Park.

Fr. Martino Nguyen brought together the children of St. Boniface with their parents and members of the congregation to commemorate the souls of the faithfully departed who have given their lives for their nation.

With the help of Effingham County Sheriff’s office, giving a full escort from the church to Veterans Park, children were taken safely to and from the prayer service that lasted approximately 25 minutes. Various committees of St. Boniface led a decade of the Rosary before a short reading by Deacon Richard Rafter.
