Mr. and Mrs. David Jarrell of Meldrim announce the engagement of their daughter, Amber Holly Jarrell, to James Brandon Deason, son of David and Terri Deason of Guyton.

The future bride is a 2007 graduate of South Effingham High School. She is employed as an insurance agent at Jerry Bogus Insurance Agency in Pooler.

The future groom is a 2007 graduate of Effingham County High School. He graduated from Ogeechee Technical College and is employed as a signalman at CSX transportations.

A wedding is planned for November 10, 2012 at Woodlawn Plantation in Guyton.
