GUYTON -- Salutatorian Victoria Tseng pats Richard "Blue" Morris on the shoulder while Morris is being introduced before his valedictory speech during South Effingham High School's 2018 Commencement Ceremony on Saturday at The Corral. More than 300 students received diplomas.
