Lovetts Trading Post donates FFA jackets

Cathy Pruitt of Lovett’s Trading Post donated three jackets for the FFA Alumni Show.  Students who received jackets were Christopher Tuten for placing first in senior showmanship and being grand champion, Lauren Shuman for reserve grand champion and Heather Smith, who was second in senior showmanship. With them is Dot Wilkes of Lovett’s Trading Post.

After more than 40 years with Effingham County Schools, CeCe Nixon is retiring, leaving behind a quiet legacy of excellence, compassion and steady leadership. From her beginnings as a kindergarten paraprofessional to her vital role in the district’s testing office, Nixon has impacted generations of students and educators with her work ethic, professionalism and heart.
