Christian Mincey won the award as the top overall designer at the 2015 South Effingham High School student fashion show Saturday night.

Mincey was named top designer in two categories, Impasto Impressions and Natural Impressions, and was runner-up in Master Impressions. Shelby Brannen was named top designer in Master Impressions. Brannen was runner-up in Natural Impressions, and Emily Nist was runner-up in Impasto Impressions. Brannen also won the director’s award, and Catherine Jayroe was the audience choice winner.

Designers were instructed to use the Impressionist art movement as their inspiration for their work.

Ayla Herbert won for top model, and Dianna Richtman was first runner-up.
