Drummer/pianist, Sean Bolden is a well rounded player. His intense passion for music has translated into making him an accomplished and much in-demand jazz musician in the Coastal Empire area. He studied under Dr. J.C. Combs at Wichita State University and Dr. Steve Pramatic at Armstrong Atlantic State University.

Bolden’s individual style of playing drums and piano has won awards and made him a favorite among fellow musicians. Like many accomplished players, he has recorded with some top jazz musicians as a studio musician, and is often ‘first call’ for live performances. Bolden has played with Robin Eubanks, Tom Lure, Stefan Harris on the national scene as well as area jazz heroes such Teddy Adams, Eric Jones, Doug Carn, Delbert Felix, Tony Royster Sr. and others.

Bolden has played throughout the U.S. and Europe.

The concert will be held on Sunday at 5 p.m. at Four Points by Sheraton Historic Savannah at 520 West Bryan St.
The concert is free for Coastal Jazz Association members and $10 for non-members. Attendees who join CJA while at the concert will also be admitted for free.
