To friends and loved ones from the family of Ricky “Rick” Mallard Seckinger Jr.

We are so thankful for the outpouring of love that our family received during the difficult time of Rick’s illness and death. The cards, food, flowers, visits, phone calls and prayers lifted us up. Your acts of kindness and words of encouragement sustained us. Your shared stories and adventures of Rick’s life enveloped us with Rick’ spirit and continuing presence. Words are poor vessels for how grateful we are for all of you that loved Rick and continue to show your love to us. May God continue to bless and keep you all safe and close to us. We also express our recognition to Glen T. Davis, Rick’s stepfather, for his great heart, kindness, friendship and financial support and to the employees of Davis Feed & Seed Sylvania. Endless thanks to the Golden Eagle Ambulance Service, Augusta; and to all of the doctors and staff at East Georgia Regional Medical Center, Medical College of Georgia, and Ogeechee Area Hospice, Statesboro.
