Ed Brown, CFO of Effingham County Hospital, presented his assessment of the current Healthcare proposals before Congress and its impacts on Effingham citizens, the hospital and the government. Brown also serves as the treasurer for Effingham Sunrise Rotary, which meets every Tuesday morning at 7:30 a.m. at Guyton Christian Church.
