Sunny skies and comfortable temperatures greeted parade watchers and participants in the annaul Effingham Fair Parade,held Monday through downtown Springfield.

Float winners were: 

Schools - first place, Effingham County 4-H; second place, South Effingham High School FFA; third place, Effingham County Food Service

Non-profit - first place, Bible Lutheran Church; second place, Epilepsy; third place, Zion Lutheran.

Professional - first place, Joann's Florist; second place, Burns Insurance; third place, Effingham County Farm Bureau.
