Laura Devisscher speaks to Rotarians about the services and needs of the Pregnancy Care Center of Rincon.

The Rotary Club of Effingham County had a “baby shower” for the center bringing various baby items for Devisscher to distribute as needed.

Statistics for teen pregnancy are still staggering; the Pregnancy Care Center is striving to help pregnant teens understand their options and responsibilities and the need to continue with their education. Many young parents learn what resources are available through the nearly all-volunteer staff.
