Effingham County representatives teamed up with environmental nonprofit group Savannah Riverkeeper on Saturday for a cleanup in the Effingham MS4 urbanized area, with volunteers picking up trash along the ditches and outfalls of Scuffletown Road, Lakewood Drive, Lakewood Circle, Jaguar Drive, Triumph Drive, Robin Road, Kelly Drive and Hodgeville Road.
