Becky Smith receives 2009 Southeast District Secretary of the Year Award for her continued excellence to the University of Georgia Cooperative Extension in Effingham County. The presentation was made on Sept. 17 at the Annual Extension Secretaries’ Workshop held at the Bamboo Farms and Coastal Gardens in Savannah.
