Chamber to hold QuickBooks seminar

The Effingham County Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a seminar on QuickBooks. The seminar will be held Jan. 15 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Effingham County Board of Education computer lab at 405 N. Ash St. in Springfield.

QuickBooks is one of the nation’s most popular software programs for small businesses today. This all-day learning experience will not only offer the fundamentals of QuickBooks, it also will show you how to set up accounts, customers and vendors for a new company. You also will learn how to invoice customers, deposit funds and generate meaningful financial reports. Basic accounting principles also will be discussed.
