Dr. Trent Stone joined Spine and Sport after relocating to Savannah from Baltimore, Md., where he has practiced for the past two years.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, a Master of Science in athletic training and a doctorate in physical therapy from Shenandoah University.

After working with the athletic training staff of the National Football League’s Baltimore Ravens team, Dr. Stone has had an interest in the fields of physical therapy, athletic training and sports medicine.

At Shenandoah, he further developed this interest with internships at the University of Arizona and the United States Naval Academy.

Spine and Sport has facilities located in Effingham, Richmond Hill, on Wilmington Island and Downtown Savannah.  The company’s clinics are open until 8 p.m.
