Arrests

Martha Wingate, Rincon – public drunkenness.

Louis Bumpers II, Rincon – criminal trespass, cruelty to children.

Samuel Bartley, Hwy 17 and Midland Road – Driving while license is suspended or revoked.

Incidents

Formosa Drive – a woman reported that her relative struck and damaged her TV during an argument.

Hwy 17 N. – a man reported that his firearm (#4575128) was missing from its storage place.

Hodgeville Road – a man reported that he was being followed and harassed by another person.

Keith Road – a woman reported that she and her daughter had an argument that became physical.

Canary Drive – a man reported that he was involved in a verbal and physical altercation with his intoxicated father over a missing TV remote.

Purple Plum Drive – a woman reported that her neighbor’s dogs bark constantly.

Oakton Drive – a man reported that he paid another individual $500 to replace the transmission on his car, but that the work was not performed.

Oakview Road – a woman reported that her sister entered the house and damaged some of her personal property (dishes) by throwing them on the floor.

Victoria Circle – a woman reported that she thinks her neighbor’s loose dogs scratched the front of her car. The report noted that the dogs have been loose on several occasions.

US Hwy. 80 – a woman reported that when she returned home after being gone for a month, an unknown person must have broken into her home. Her home was in disarray and many items were missing (55-inch Hisense TV) or destroyed. The incident is still under investigaton.

Watts Road – a man reported that another man was trespassing on his property removing garbage and debris from the yard.

Springfield Police Reports

Arrests

Celeste Ricciardi, Honea Path, SC – giving false name, address, date of birth to an officer.

Incidents

New Stillwell Road -- A woman reported that another woman left a note saying she had taken a delivery of Ninja Thirsti water (worth about $30) from their front porch saying the delivery was hers. Police tried to contact the woman with the information she left, but was unsuccessful. The person who allegedly took the water was not found to have a police record.
