The Rincon Police Department has arrested three teenagers in connection with a Tuesday morning burglary.

At approximately 10 a.m. Tuesday, the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office dispatched Rincon Police Department units to a residence on West 9th Street. The victim told officers that televisions and other furniture had been taken from the home.

The Rincon Police Department is charging Barbara Frazier, 19, and two brothers, Jermell Blake, 18, and Jabrell Blake, 18, all of Rincon, have been charged with burglary and are in custody at the Effingham County Jail.
