Guide to Tuesday's general primary

Effingham County voters will go to the polls Tuesday for the general primary. Races on the ballot include three Effingham County Commission seats, the Effingham County Board of Education District 4 seat, several state offices and U.S. Senate and House seats.

Polls will be open Tuesday from 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
