Secretary of State Brian Kemp reminds Georgians of Saturday early voting this weekend. Polling locations throughout the state will be open this Saturday.

“Every Georgian should have the opportunity to vote in the May 20 primary election,” said Kemp. “The good news is that it is easier than ever to vote early. Georgians have the opportunity to vote early this Saturday at locations across Georgia.”

Georgians can locate early voting locations in their county of registration at the following link: www.mvp.sos.ga.gov

The “My Voter Page” app also allows voters to view specific sample ballots, find polling locations, check voter registration status and track the status of an absentee ballot.

In Effingham County, advanced in-person voting is being conducted through May 16 at the Board of Elections and Registration Office, 284 Highway 119 in Springfield, and at the old Marlow Elementary School, 4752 Highway 17 South outside of Guyton.

Both locations will be open for voting from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on the second Saturday prior to each general primary and general election. Voters must complete an application form and provide one of the six forms of acceptable ID.
