The annual Mustang Baseball Christmas Hitting Clinic will be held Dec. 13 at the South Effingham High School baseball facilities.

The clinic will be held from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Participants are asked to arrive by 9:30 a.m. to sign in. The camp is for ages 6-12, and the cost is $50. Checks can be made payable to the Mustang Diamond Club.

Oakland Athletics outfielder Josh Reddick and several collegiate baseball players will be the guest instructors. The camp will stress the fundamentals of hitting, with individualized instruction.

Participants are asked to bring their own bat, batting gloves, tennis shoes in case of rain and equipment. Lunch will be provided but campers can bring their own drinks with their names.

Walk-ups are welcome.
