Josh Reddick (Oakland Athletics) — He’ll have a new number — he swapped 16 to Billy Butler for 22, at the price of a truck winch and an Xbox 1 with four games — and a new one-year deal with the A’s. Reddick and Oakland avoid arbitration last Friday with a deal worth reportedly $4.1 million for the coming season, which will be his fourth with the A’s.

Demontrez Austin (South Georgia State College) — He is averaging 9.9 points and 11.6 rebounds per game, and he leads the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association in rebounding. He also has blocked 27 shots.

DeQuincey Bennett (Johnson and Wales University) — A senior, Bennett is averaging 12 points per game and has started 16 games for the Wildcats. He is shooting 39 percent from 3-point range and is hitting 81.4 percent of his free throws.

Jakeenan Gant (University of Missouri) —The 6-foot-8 Gant has started six games, scoring 6.4 points and pulling down 2.5 rebounds per game.

Alex Reid (Georgia College and State University) — Reid has played in all 17 games and he is averaging 3.5 and 1.4 points per game.

Tanner Reid (East Georgia College) — Reid has played in 19 games, starting 12, and is scoring 6.3 points per game. He is averaging 2.2 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game.

DeAundray Rhett (South Georgia State College) — In 18 games, Rhett is scoring 6.2 points and pulling down 4.2 rebounds per game.

Ryan Wilkins (Middle Georgia State College) — Wilkins is averaging 13.4 points per game, scoring 20 against Faulkner and 14 against Dalton State, and is shooting 38.8 percent from 3-point range.

Jay Wright (University of Louisiana) — Wright is scoring 8.8 points per game, averaging 3.2 assists and 2.8 rebounds per game.

Jakayvea Akins (Georgia Southern University) — Akins has played in 14 games and is averaging 1.6 points per game. She has five steals and nine assists for the Lady Eagles.

Hannah Anderson (Converse College) —Anderson has scored 10 points and has five rebounds in eight games for the Valkyries.

Tianna Germain (Kennesaw State University) — A freshman guard for the Owls, Germain has appeared in nine games and is averaging 1.1 points per game for KSU, which is 13-5.

Machala Raymonville (Armstrong State University) — Raymonville has played in 11 games for the Lady Pirates. She is averaging 4 points and 2.4 rebounds per game and also has 12 steals.

Aliyah Williams (LaGrange College) — In 13 games, Williams has scored 15 points and has notched five steals.

Fletcher Smith (Anderson University) — The former South Effingham standout is 6-4 for the Trojans in his freshman campaign at 197 pounds.
