Ten of the ECHS FBLA members attended the 2010 Fall Motivational Rally/Competition in Perry. 

 

Students were introduced to the State and Region officers for the 2010/2011 term. Award winners from the National Conference were announced and congratulated. Guest speaker Brian Fiese, author of the book “No Teacher Left Behind,” entertained and motivated the students with a speech about “The Secret to Success—Hard Work.”  

 

Once the rally was over, all 10 students competed in the following events: Accounting I, Desktop Publishing, Business Procedures, Computer Applications, Future Business Leader, Sports Management, and Entrepreneurship.  

 

After the competition, the members went out to the midway to enjoy the rest of the afternoon on the array of rides and trying their hand at winning some prizes.
