Sunrise rotarian of the year
Effingham Sunrise Rotary President Randy Shearouse congratulates Jerry Freyermuth for being selected as Rotarian of the Year for 2008-09. Freyermuth has been an integral part of the success of Sunrise Rotary here in Effingham.
