Outgoing planning and appeals commission member William Gibson was awarded a plaque by Mayor Ken Lee and commission chairman James Head for his five years of service at last Monday night’s council meeting. Coming in Thursday's paper, Gibson reflects on his years on the commission and the direction in which the city is going.
